Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Associates, participating in all phases of the design process, including construction document production. You will prepare schematic design drawings, design development drawings, and contribute to construction documents using AutoCAD. Your role may also include marketing services and office administration tasks.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare schematic design drawings and design development drawings.
+ Contribute to construction documents using AutoCAD.
+ Assist with project tracking and familiarize with the database system.
+ Engage in marketing services and office administration as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
+ 2-5 years of experience in roofing or capital improvement projects.
+ Excellent design and technical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to take initiative in all tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2-5 years of architectural experience is a plus, but not required.
+ Self-motivated, dependable, thorough, and engaged.
+ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.
