The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating digital scaled models, drawings, and drawing packages of the design intent in BIM. This position involves coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to translate creative concepts into technically accurate drawings and models for attractions, entertainment spaces, and full park master plans. The Architectural Designer collaborates closely with creative, engineering, and production teams to ensure the seamless integration of design intent and technical feasibility, contributing to the successful execution of theme park, attraction, and entertainment projects. Essential Functions: Work with Senior Architectural Designers to develop facility and architectural concepts. Provide support to the lead architectural project designer to develop the strategic vision and architectural direction. Create detailed architectural designs using tools from sketch to BIM models that accurately represent both creative design and technical elements of themed entertainment projects. Collaborate with concept artist, show designers, ride engineers, scenic artists, audio and lighting engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate different modeled components into the coordinated BIM model. Integrate with master planning and landscape teams (both internal and external) to create a cohesive set of drawings. Create Conceptual, Schematic and Detailed Drawings and Design Packages using BIM models. Produce Documentation and Visualization.
