a. Available to run two to three calls per day five to six days per week depending on work load.

2nd Class Required:

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture), OR
Associate/ Vocational School degree with two (2) years design experience, required.
3D CAD or AUTOCAD proficiency.
3rd Class Required:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or have completed a Trade/Technical/Vocational program with focus on CAD application and design principles.
3rd Class Preferred:
High School Diploma with STEM endorsement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales & Follow-up:
a. Available to run two to three calls per day five to six days per week depending on work load.
b. Some evenings and weekend work required based on customer availability
c. Learn and implement 10 step HCD Sales Process. Follow The System!
d. Daily reporting of sales KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
e. All necessary sales paperwork to include: agreements, finance documents, heat gain heat loss calculations, install notes, rebate forms etc.
f. Daily follow-up with open leads.
g. Happy calls post install to insure customer satisfaction
h. Lead generation activities to include but not limited to referral lead generation, data base calls and recommendation follow up calls.
i. Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions as required by management

Requirements
Responsible for working in close coordination with the PM and/or lead designer to continue development and understanding of the architectural design process and Harriman standards. Assisting in developing project design as determined by the PM. This position is expected to require a significant amount of oversight from the PM, lead architect, and/or supervisor. Continued improvement is expected with regard to aptitude with software, regulatory requirements, design standards, and best practices. Development of autonomy on basic tasks including task management and self-editing are required for advancement.
Requirements:

1 year of architectural experience minimum.
Must possess a baseline knowledge of the architectural design and documentation process and demonstrate the ability to work under direct supervision and guidance of multiple project leaders.
Education requirements: A 2-year associates degree or 3 years of working experience under a licensed architect. A 4-year NCARB accredited degree is preferred.
