    DESIGN PROJECT COORDINATOR - Property Management General Responsibilities: The Design Project Coordinator will report to the Design Project Manager. The Design Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the projects and work assigned to them. He/she will assure that their projects and work proceed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality. Will be responsible for providing close out FF + E documentation at the end of projects to the property teams. Travel is required for site visits, field verifications, and installations as needed REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 2-4 years' experience; or equivalent relevant education and experience. Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel & Outlook) Advanced AutoCAD Must have a valid driver's license and a working vehicle (or access to a vehicle). Familiarity with large- and small-scale projects, both renovation and new construction.
