Requirements:
4 Year College degree in InteriorDesign or Architecture
8-15 years of related experience in a commercial-based InteriorDesign firm required. Experience with Education, multi-unit/multi-use housing, Commercial, Municipal, and/or Industrial projects needed.
NCIDQ Certification required, should have good-to-exceptional LEED V4 Knowledge Base.
Advanced knowledge of interior finishes & materials (flooring, wall, ceiling, specialty, upholstery, window treatment, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of color theory, pattern/texture with materials and finishes
Advanced knowledge of interior building codes
