About the role:
The Principal Curriculum Design Strategist plays a key role in designing innovative, high-impact learning experiences aligned to ICTx business priorities. This role will be focused on customer-facing education, this role drives product awareness, procedural adoption, and clinical advocacy through cutting-edge curriculum. The Principal Curriculum Development Strategist will design educational content across multiple modalities-such as eLearning, gamification, video, scenario-based training, and in-person programs-targeting a global healthcare audience. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for technology, design, and scientific accuracy.
This role collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, digital education, EDUCARE, and global stakeholders. A strong focus will be placed on identifying opportunities to use emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance educational effectiveness and learner engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the strategy and development of a multi-modality educational journey for clinical fellows.
Design and execute a global e-learning series on calcium treatment strategies in collaboration with curriculum consultants.

Represent education, marketing, and R&D needs in the design and development of educational applications
Collaborate with EDUCARE to enhance learner experience across both live and digital platforms.

Required qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience designing educational content and curriculum.
Demonstrated ability to develop content involving complex, technical, or regulated topics.
Proficiency in instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles.
Proven experience with clinical story creation in various methodologies including PowerPoint.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
Proficiency with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Audacity, or Media Encoder, AI tools such as Enterprise ChatGPT, Copilot, or 11labs for content or voiceover.
Proven Experience using Articulate Suite (Storyline, Rise) for eLearning development.

Job Summary:

Additional Requirements:
Driver's license required.
CPR certificate, First Aid (when required), and medication administration training is also required but can be obtained after hire.
Training in supervisory skills, team building, and leadership.
Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance is required.
Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record is required.
When managing an ICF/MR program, a bachelor's degree (with QDDP designation) is required.
