Position Overview
The Senior InteriorDesigner is responsible for overseeing all aspects of design development and execution for luxury custom homes. You'll collaborate closely with company leadership, construction, and operations teams to ensure every project meets the standards and style CKC Custom Homes and Haus of Powell are known for.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full design process for multiple residential projects from concept to completion.
Conduct client meetings and site visits with confidence and professionalism.
Review vendor quotes, bids, and amendments for accuracy and alignment with scope and design intent.
Oversee CAD drawings, elevations, and detailed design documentation.
Partner with construction to ensure flawless field execution and adherence to design vision.
Guide and mentor junior designers to maintain consistency and brand standards.
Manage all selections including cabinetry, tile, lighting, plumbing, and finishes.
Coordinate with the Haus of Powell team on showroom displays, marketing visuals, and photoshoots.
Communicate proactively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in InteriorDesign, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in luxury residential or custom home design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and presentation software (Canva or Adobe Suite).
Strong understanding of cabinetry, tile, lighting, and construction documentation.
Proven ability to review and interpret quotes, bids, and proposals with accuracy.
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in InteriorDesign, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience (2 years) as an interiordesigner with a focus on high-end residential projects, preferably within the custom home construction industry.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
