Position Responsibilities:
\tWork closely with project teams to translate design concepts into cost-effective and innovative building design solutions by applying knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
\tUtilize Revit technology to assist in transforming designs and sketches into 3D models and construction documents, while meeting established deadlines and project budgets.
\tAssist in researching and interpreting architectural systems/materials and all applicable codes and regulations to determine and inform appropriate design solutions, as directed by the Interior Project Architect and Senior InteriorDesigner.
\tAid in documenting and maintaining project design files, to include all design decisions pertaining to material selection and construction methods.
\tParticipate in consult coordination meetings under the direction of the Interior Project Architect, Senior InteriorDesigner, and Project Manager.
\tAssist the Project Architect and Interior Project Architect in submittal reviews, RFIs, and ASIs, as needed.
Qualifications:
\tSix (6) years minimum practical experience in documentation and architectural design.
\tBachelors degree from an architectural or interiordesign school/program.
\tIn process of acquiring AXP hours with intention to pursue exams and licensure.
\tAbility to assist a team in the documentation and/or design of a project.
\tFully competent in all aspects of interior architecture and thorough understanding of the construction process, techniques, materials, and standards.
\tGood communication skills and desire to improve the capabilities of other team members.
\tProficiency in Revit, Sketch-up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite.
The Compensation:
$70,000 - $100,000 per year.

Strategic Leadership

Business Development

Here's some experience and skills we are seeking...
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts or equivalent experience
A minimum of 3+ years in-house or ad agency experience.
