Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain 2D and 3D workstation layouts using AutoCAD or Microstation in alignment with production flow and plant constraints. Design and specify fixtures, jigs, tooling, and assembly aids that support quality, ergonomics, and manufacturability. Coordinate data required for ergonomic assessments and reach studies using tools such as ErgoMan or Process Simulate Human to verify operator comfort and safety.
