Key Responsibilities
Creative & Conceptual

Specify and document all interior selections-FF&E, lighting, hardware, and finishes-with exceptional accuracy.
Collaborate with builders, trades, and consultants to ensure flawless execution of design intent.
Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and conduct site visits to uphold design integrity throughout construction.
Utilize Asana, Studio Designer, and Microsoft Office to manage communication and deliverables.
Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor a Junior Designer, guiding technical, creative, and professional growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
5-7+ years of experience in high-end residential design with a strong design and technical portfolio.
