Monitor platform performance and user adoption; define KPIs to measure and improve business value and ROI. Who We Are Looking For: To be successful in this position you should have pervious product management or platform ownership experience. You should have a strong understanding of customer data platforms, segmentation, personalization, and data modeling. The ability to multitask, problem solve and provide superior customer service are essential to this position as well.
