* Examines specifications of the customer's order using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine the characteristics of the finished item, materials to be used, and machine setup requirements.
* Fabricates work pieces as determined by work order specifications.
* Retrieves correct materials and performs various fabrication duties.
* Examines work piece visually, by touch, or using tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure product meets desired standards.
* Machinery operation - must be able to maintain machinery to standards, set points, programming, adjust to various product types, and conduct preventative maintenance required.
* Maintains condition of work area (i.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.).
* Follows company safety policies and procedures.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction.
* Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor.
* Deviations from the norm are cleared by the supervisor.
* Work typically involves detailed quality and procedural checks with a senior co-worker and/or supervisor.
Work Environment
* Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
* Typically, in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, noise, dust, wet work areas, and fumes associated with a normal countertop manufacturing operation.
Education & Experience
* Must be eighteen years of age
* Must pass the Drug Test
* Must pass the Background Check
* Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
* HS Diploma or GED required.
* 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
* Preferred: Experience with countertop fabrication shop equipment or machinery, a plus. Machines include, but not limited to: Waterjet Saw, Edge Polishers, CNCs and various hand tools and routers/polishers.
* Preferred: Countertop experience.
* Preferred: A desire to work with your hands to produce beautiful products in a team environment
* Preferred: Granite and solid surface (Corian or similar) experience

What You Will Be Doing:
Performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and repair of production machines. Fabricate equipment and parts as needed. Mig welding experience is a plus.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
Detect faulty operations or defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Some weekend work required and ability to work changing shifts.
Skills You Bring:
5 or more years of industrial maintenance experience and/or prior industrial maintenance school.
Prior fabrication experience
Prior mig welding experience highly preferred
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment; Glass industry is preferred (not required).
Control circuit troubleshooting experience
Minimum of 2 years of electrical schematics
Knowledge of 480v 3 phase/270v/110v/24v
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Able to use multimeter efficiently
VFD programming knowledge
PLC output and input controls troubleshooting
Experience with CNC control systems
Knowledge of potentiometers/servos/drives/encoders
Proficient at troubleshooting electrical issues
Strong mechanical skills.

Position Summary:

As a Wind Composite Blade Repair Technician III, you will:

POSITION SCOPE
The DOT Inspection Technician will perform comprehensive Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections and repairs across multiple locations. This role requires extensive travel to ensure vehicles and equipment meet federal and state safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, repair skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments.
This position may include day or night shift work, extensive traveling, overtime, and weekend work.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Conduct thorough DOT inspections/repairs of commercial vehicles, including trucks, buses, and trailers, in compliance with federal and state regulations
Perform safety assessments, brake tests, emissions checks, and tire inspections
Must be able to inspect, identify, and repair most of the discrepancies.
Document inspection findings accurately and complete all required reports and forms

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on servicing and supporting our advanced audio/video and home automation systems. The right candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, solid networking knowledge, and a customer-first attitude. Youll be working hands-on with a wide variety of AV equipment and control systems, ensuring every client receives top-notch service.

Responsibilities
Provide on-site service, troubleshooting, and support for installed AV and automation systems.
Configure, maintain, and optimize Control4 and Lutron control systems and networking equipment.
Diagnose and repair issues with AV receivers, distributed audio, video distribution, lighting control, shades, surveillance, and related technologies.
Collaborate with project managers, programmers, and installers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every visit.
Document service calls, updates, and system changes.
Requirements
35 years of experience in the AV and custom electronics industry.
Strong expertise with Control4 and Lutron (programming, deployment, and troubleshooting).
Control 4 and Lutron certififications
Solid networking knowledge (routers, switches, wireless systems, VLANs, IP configuration).
Familiarity with other systems (Lutron, Sonos, Savant, Crestron, etc.) a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and professional client-facing demeanor.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Must be drug free and able to pass screenings.

Job Details:
The successful Service Technician will operate in a wide variety of environments troubleshooting, making repairs, and performing both small and large telecom installations. Our primary customer base consists of Manufacturing, Light Industrial, Commercial and Property Management. You will be expected to be highly knowledgeable of your trade, provide excellent customer service, be self-motivated, quality focused, and to operate safely and efficiently in the field with a minimum of immediate supervision.
Responsibilities:

Pull, terminate and test CAT5 or CAT6 cable in commercial environments
Pull, terminate and test multimode or single mode fiber
Troubleshoot copper and fiber
Install pathway supports
Closet relay rack and ladder rack buildout
Commercial installations
Manufacturing / Light Industrial installations
In addition to these skills, potential candidates must be physically fit, able to lift a minimum of 60lbs, and be willing / able to work overtime and weekends if / when required.
