To flourish in this role, you will:
Participate in the creation and maintenance of a therapeutic milieu according to each child's treatment plan and agency philosophy.
Be responsible for providing quality care and treatment to children, responding sensitively and proactively to the individual treatment and educational needs of the children.
Support the child during transitions from one activity to the next such as to music and PE.
Support the classroom teacher, providing one-on-one or small group lesson support.
Support the children's morning routine to aid in a successful day at school!
Qualifications:
Required
Skills and abilities are typically acquired through two years of related work experience such as Paraprofessional, childcare, Head Start, and respite care providers.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate or bachelor's degree in social science or closely related field is preferred but not required.
19 years or older
Valid Montana Driver's License (or obtain within 60 days of employment)

Relief Support Specialist (on-call, flexible schedule, part time)
Overnight Behavior Specialist (awake, overnight shifts required, full time with benefits, typically 10pm - 9am)
Behavior Specialist (full-time with benefits, evenings and weekends required, typically 12pm - 10pm)
Weekend availability is required for all positions. Full time schedules are typically 4 10's. Similar positions include Residential Support, Youth Care Worker, and Group Home Staff.
To flourish in this role, you will:
Provide supervision and behavioral support to youth ages 4-14.
Maintain a safe, structured environment.
Implement individualized behavior plans.
Support youth in developing coping and life skills.

Qualifications:

Required:

What You Will Do:
Learn from other professionals to best support the children

Monitor and document client progress utilizing our EMR system
Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
Build relationships with children using our developmental relational model
Perform household tasks: cooking, cleaning, organizing, laundry
Work nights and weekends, typically working 4, 10-hour shifts. Most shifts end at 10pm
Qualifications:
At least 19 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with no major infractions
Ability to work evenings and weekends

Available Positions
Relief Support Specialist (on-call, flexible schedule, part time)
Overnight Behavior Specialist (awake, overnight shifts required, full time with benefits, typically 10pm - 9am)
Behavior Specialist (full-time with benefits, evenings and weekends required, typically 12pm - 10pm)
Weekend availability is required for all positions. Full time schedules are typically 4 10's. Similar positions include Residential Support, Youth Care Worker, and Group Home Staff.
To flourish in this role, you will:
Provide supervision and behavioral support to youth ages 4-14.
Maintain a safe, structured environment.
Implement individualized behavior plans.
Support youth in developing coping and life skills.
Document progress and incidents accurately using our electronic medical record system.
Respond calmly and effectively in crisis situations.
Cooking and serving meals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Be at least 19 years of age
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Valid driver's license required.
Must be able to work evening and weekend shifts.
Must be able to safely lift, carry, and manage up to 70 pounds as part of providing physical assistance and intervention when necessary

To flourish in this role, you will:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families, grounded in Intermountain's mission of healing through healthy relationships.
Advocate for clients by representing their and their families' inner experiences in treatment decisions.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge processes
Co-leading a residential cottage with the cottage supervisor to guide clinical interventions and provide feedback to direct care staff in how to implement goals and objectives from a child's treatment plan
Qualifications:
Required:
A 60-credit Master's degree from an accredited university in Professional Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Psychological Counseling.
Licensed or a licensure candidate in the State of Montana as an LCPC or LCSW through the Montana Board of Behavioral Health.
If treating clients as a Licensure Candidate, must hold appropriate licensure and achieve full licensure as soon as possible in accordance with Montana statutes and administrative rules.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children, either before or after completion of the Master's degree.
Training and/or experience in attachment theory, attachment-based therapeutic approaches, and trauma-informed care.
Must possess and maintain a valid Montana driver's license.
Preferred:
Advanced training or certification in specialized clinical areas such as trauma, substance use, or child development
