To flourish in this role, you will:
Provide a dynamic conceptualization of the inner workings of the client and/or the client's family; and is responsible to ensure that treatment is clinically sound and ethical
Helping clients, in collaboration with behavioral health support staff, figure out how to express their needs by forming healthy relationships to be able to gain frustration tolerance and encourage them to be curious about feelings and behaviors
Plan, review, and execute individual, conjoint, and family psychotherapy
Facilitate or co-facilitate therapeutic groups on a variety of topics, provide in-service trainings on relevant issues pertaining to treatment
For Licensed Therapist: Have an opportunity to gain leadership skills by training and supervising approved graduate level interns.
Qualifications:
Sixty credit Master's Degree from an Accredited University in Professional Counseling, Master's in Social Work with focus on Clinical Social Work or Psychological Counseling.
Licensed or a Licensure Candidate licensed by the State of Montana's Board of Behavioral health as an LCPC or LCSW.
Two (2) years' experience with adults and children before or following completion of Master's degree preferred.
Training and/or experience in attachment theory, attachment-based therapeutic approaches, and trauma informed care.
Must possess or maintain a valid driver's license.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the welcoming of new clients and orientation to the site, schedule, expectations, and program rules. Conduct client property inventory and search upon admission and as necessary.
Perform assigned operations duties to support, enforce, and ensure compliance with the treatment program rules, code of conduct, good neighbor policy, smoking policy, and to maintain the drug-free environment.
Provide support and assistance to maintain client participation and engagement in treatment.
Observe client self-administration of medication and conduct urine drug screening / breath alcohol screening per company policy and procedure and report any issues or discrepancies immediately.
Observe clients level of participation, compliance with treatment program rules, and monitor for any potential client issues or concerns. Report observations and client issues or concerns to your Supervisor/Manager and the Clinical Team when directed per company policies / protocols. Stay alert at all times while on-duty and available to assist and appropriately respond to client needs.
Communication with all operations staff and site managers regarding day-to-day operations matters and client care. Complete shift reports before the end of the shift, informing incoming staff of any potential issues or concerns with clients or on the premises.
Transport clients in company vehicles when necessary and appropriate.
Comply with the policies and procedures set forth in the HCBTS Employee Handbook. Attend, participate, and complete all trainings. Observe and comply with company policy, HIPAA, and other governing laws and regulations to ensure the confidentiality, privacy, and security of protected health information. Perform assigned duties and training for compliance with State licensing / certification requirements and TJC accreditation standards.

STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS:
State Requirements: Idaho State Massage Licensing
The Cove Requirements: Minimum of 500 hours of massage coursework completed at an accredited school. A minimum of 1 year hands on experience is required and 3+ years preferred.
Background check and 2 professional references required.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
To perform massage therapy services in an appropriate, therapeutic manner maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
To be punctual to scheduled shift and scheduled appointments.
To identify possible contraindications, requests or issues before performing massage for a guest.
To assist guest in enjoying their entire experience at The Cove and throughout the property.
To set-up, breakdown and clean-up assigned workspace(s) and assist in maintaining guest and staff common areas.
Customer Service Representative of The Cove and the entire Shore Lodge and Whitetail properties.
To assist, as needed with stocking supplies, retail, laundry, locker rooms and reception duties as needed.
To recommend and promote retail product, re-booking appointments and other treatments on Spa menu
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Experience working in a customer driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, management and guests.
Ability to work with a team and maintain a daily schedule of clients.
Continuing education courses completed in massage.

3 years working at a Day Spa, Spa Resort or similar business preferred.
Experienced in the following modalities: Swedish, deep tissue, sports, aromatherapy, hot stone massage

Lead Spa Massage Therapist
SUMMARY
The Lead Spa Massage Therapist position will provide exceptional massage and spa treatments with the highest levels of professionalism, a customized approach and over-the-top-hospitality to guests of the Spa. Your role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:
Train new hires and ongoing training of all associates
Provide Massage and Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner including, but not limited to, massage, wellness therapies, body treatments, foot soaks/treatments, etc.
Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with the exceptional products, gifts and accessories provided.
Maintain an agreed upon minimum upsell percentage.
Attend pre/post shift meetings
Participate fully in maintaining backbar expenses
Complete all necessary record-keeping tasks as they pertain to the operation of the Spa
Participate in all advanced training without exception
Escorts guests to and from treatment rooms in a graceful manner, attending to any immediate needs throughout the Spa visit.
Assist in providing information to any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services and maintain impeccable yourself and spa cleanliness of the Spa.
Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring room is immaculate at all times (tables draped, counters and products clean).
Perform monthly and quarterly deep-clean responsibilities.
Assist with cleanliness of all spa areas including all locker rooms.
Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.
Assist in any other function as requested by Spa Manager, Director of Rooms or General Manager as it pertains to the spa, lounges, indoor/outdoor area, retail area, pool area.
Participate fully in any/all promotions within and outside the spa, hotel or at off-site events.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school or equivalent education
Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English
Valid Massage Therapy Certification from a recognized school of massage
Insurance coverage as required to maintain massage license/certification
Continuing Education as required to maintain massage license/certification.
5+ years' experience as a Massage Therapist in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.
Exceptional skill in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage and at least two of the following:

Requires active engagement with patients and families maintaining no less than 50% of the time performing direct clinical services (SUD assessments, individual sessions, psycho-educational groups, education and prevention activities)
Identifies and establishes working relationships with community resources for clients.
Requires ability to maintain patient records using required forms and report using prescribed agency format, which meets the Washington Administrative Codes (WAC) and Tribal and Federal Guidelines.
Reports suspected child or elder abuse, domestic violence, and threats of harm to the appropriate agency. Collaborates with CPS, local law enforcement, and MCFS to ensure the safety of affected family members.
Provides occasional on-call crisis response for Behavioral Health clients on assigned evenings and weekends.
Requires the ability to work with various computer software programs, including an electronic health record.
Requires ability to work flexible hours, occasional nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays due to agency functions (IOP or evening groups, community health education events, crisis calls, outreach/prevention)
Requires the ability to work with and be a part of an integrated care team; this means collaborative care planning with other departments.
Consistently implement established agency policies and treatment procedures regarding work with assigned patients.
Requires the ability to work under stressful, demanding situations and respond appropriately and professionally during crises.
Ability to travel as required for job-related functions and training specific to position and program development.
Experience working with youth/teens in smoking cessation, early intervention, and substance use prevention.
Requires the ability to be highly organized, establish workload priorities with attention to detail, and work collaboratively with other Tribal, State, and Federal programs.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to prepare reports, case summaries, and correspondence in an understandable, clear, and concise manner.
Documents all treatment services, including direct services and case management activities.
Requires the knowledge and implementation of evidence-based intervention.
Experienced working with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services and Harm Reduction approaches.
Must be willing to travel, as services will occasionally be offsite, in the community, schools, in-home, or out of the area.
May supervise Certified Peer Counselors.

EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING FOR POSITION
Required:
Must hold a valid Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) License
A valid and current Washington State driver's license.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university. Consideration may be given to an associate's degree when combined with two (2) years of direct clinical experience within the Muckleshoot Behavioral Health Program.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as SUDP in clinical settings.
Must pass pre-employment, urinalysis testing, and criminal background check.
No substance use for the last five (5) years.
Strong familiarity with Telemedicine/Telehealth platforms, including knowledge of computer systems and electronic health records.
Preferred:
Experience working with the Native American population.
Master's degree in psychology, social work, human growth and development, or other closely allied field and background preferred but not required.

Relapse prevention planning, domestic violence prevention, parenting skills, and craving-reduction skills.
