Managment - Honestly, we have 4 directors, 2 managers and 1 supervisor for our department. We have @ 60 people in the department. 10 years ago we had 1 director and 1 supervisor. Same amount of staff. Nothings changed for the front-line support except all the directors trying to reinvent the wheel. We're not sure what they even do everyday because they didn't exist 10 yeara ago and the works stayed the same. Show More
