RN Shift Supervisor - Every Other Weekend Option
Weekend Supervisors are primarily responsible for overseeing day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing nurse staff, and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within a long-term care center, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community. Our Weekend Supervisors are required to be dependable and personable liaisons between residents and their families. Weekend Supervisors are tasked with ensuring their unit complies with federal and state regulatory standards, and follows company policies and procedures.
Assists in maintaining resident care standards by supervising and directing activities of subordinate nurses engaged in quality assurance, infection control, and utilization review activities.
Receives physicians' instructions regarding resident care and ensures that orders are transmitted to other units as needed.
Oversees delegation of nursing and other therapeutic procedures to other level professionals and paraprofessional associates.
Makes regular patient rounds to observe and assess residents' physical conditions and behaviors, evaluates the quality of care provided, and ensures proper documentation of treatment and nursing observations.
Qualifications:
Current R.N. license by State required with experience in the long term care or working with the geriatric population preferred.
Must have at least two years nursing experience and one year supervisory experience.
Clerical ability is necessary to read reports and utilize data accurately for other purposes.
Skill in organizing and planning programs and managing personnel to provide nursing service for residents.
Ability to plan and direct the department, coordinating with other departments.

The Survivability DepartmentManager must be able to maintain a properly staffed and trained organization that can competently service the organization's specialty engineering and design needs. This person must have demonstrated success in leading a team of engineering professionals in a matrixed, multi-project environment that provides “cradle to the grave” support from conceptual design through detail design and construction, test and trials, and to post-delivery support.The candidate will be responsible for ensuring staff create accurate products on time and within budget that align with a formal Quality Assurance program and must have ability to produce manhour and Basis of Estimates for future work.
The Survivability DepartmentManager must have experience in establishing engineering process development methodology, mentoring and training engineering staff, and establishing and monitoring high quality product development goals. This person must also have experience in the implementation and enhancement of the engineering environment using leading edge computer-aided engineering analysis, and management and development of tools and technologies.
The successful candidate must be an individual that possesses the following attributes:

This individual should have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field with Professional Engineering Certification(s) and/or Licensure and Master's degree desired.
You must be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain Secret Clearance to qualify.

Essential Job Functions Overview
With general supervision of the Care Management Program Manager, works from a trauma informed care perspective to provide support, advocacy, linkage, and coordination of services in a care management program for persons with mental illness and/or chronic health conditions, who qualify for Health Home services as designated by the Department of Health. Develop and maintain appropriate and accurate records and files according to all county and organization policies and procedures as well as all governing and regulatory standards
Attend necessary meetings

Collaborate with hospital or treatment providing staff as well as Managed Care Organizations for successful transitions of care
Address the quality, adequacy, and continuity of services to ensure appropriate support for individuals mental health and psychosocial health needs
Meet weekly to bi-weekly for supervision, participate case conferences, and other relevant meetings and trainings
Participate in On-call rotation
Adhere to Medicaid, Department of Health and Health Homes billing standards

Care Manager Standard Qualifications:

Communicate any changes, new processes and weekly updates information in a daily morning huddle. Notes are to be completed daily and sent out to all health center staff.
Review and manage discrepancies with documentation and billing as they negatively impact health center reimbursements for services rendered.
Responsible for management and non-direct patient care related services in the health center. Oversee a full range of services including but not limited to reproductive health care, primary care, managed care, abortion and prenatal services.
Participate as an active member of the clinical and patient services management team, which may include education programs, committees, conferences and meetings as required.
Work cooperatively with the Health Center Senior Co-Manager, Area Director and center staff to maintain maximum communication and support between health center staff, patients and administration.

Orient and monitor new staff training during their three (3) month orientation period.
Will complete the Administrative Medical Assistant chart audits as scheduled & discuss performance and review audit results with the employee.
Coaches, develops, educate and holds accountable direct reports. Completes One on One quarterly meetings with the Administrative Medical Assistant.
Available to travel to other health centers for coverage as needed
