there are alot of locations to work at
HR is not here to help you its here to protect the company so if you have a complaint more then likely you, yourself will get in trouble. During covid I was told I could loose my job if I didnt "Volunteer" at the Hospitals. It impossible to get an actually helpful raise. Instead of bonuses they love to give out donuts or presents to show they "appreciate" employees
the health insurance is decent.
nothing
actual pay people what they are worth and listen to people who are here to advocate for patients so they can help improve the company
I did an internship so my interview was in a way a working for free interview
lower end and management refused to negotiate raises even after managing others in my same field and training multiple clinics on clinical processes and computer programs
there isn't that much actual diversity but they like to say they do
helping people get back to top health to live their lives the way they want to without being constantly worried about there health
Large organization, good exposure, family oriented
Inefficient, top down, no consideration for individuals, minimum to no diversity and inclusion
work from home
The management of my particular apartment is wonderful. They’re always respectful in conversation.
They don’t seem to value education if you’ve already obtained it (I.e. you start out with the same salary as someone who has no degree even if you have one). Also raises are not great.
Health insurance + the option to deposit into your HSA each check is very nice.
I love being part of the IT that assists providers in best healthcare possible
Intermountain has been a great company that takes good care of its employees, all benefits are outstanding
They have great benefits
Understaffed
We have a thing called livewell it’s great
Great with a flexible schedule.
There were many changes made that would help the upper level management but not the employees. (i.e. the company stopped matching 401k for a little while)
I could do additional, optional trainings and get gift cards to stores/restaurants upon completion.
Intermountain takes care of their caregivers. I love my manager and my work mates.
The money I make isn't even close to what someone with my experience should make.
Make my own schedule
Friendly, Great support, team effort.
I can't think of anything.
401k program,
Work/Life balance. Culture of caring, support and concern for both caregiver and patient.
Some old school thought
Benefits: health, retirement, 401k match
Everything, the food is great, co workers are wonderful, and I love the patients
Long hours
The Food
pay check
culture, required to work OT with zero compensation or comp time. Worst leadership.
none
Good frontline staff. Great clinical care
It's hard to constantly be pushed to do more.
Benefits
Great environment; good benefits - 401k,pension,etc. Co-workers
Managment - Honestly, we have 4 directors, 2 managers and 1 supervisor for our department. We have @ 60 people in the department. 10 years ago we had 1 director and 1 supervisor. Same amount of staff. Nothings changed for the front-line support except all the directors trying to reinvent the wheel. We're not sure what they even do everyday because they didn't exist 10 yeara ago and the works stayed the same.
401K, Pension
Great people focusing on a great mission to make people well and enjoy life. Pay is good, benefits are great.
Large organization, which comes with pros and cons.
They offer a pension, 401k match and I don't pay much for insurance premiums.
