Remarketing Internal Operations Manager

The responsibility of the Remarketing Internal Operations Manager position is to develop and maintain strong client relations skills and operational knowledge and support Senior Leadership in every aspect of PAR North America's business. The Remarketing Internal Operations Manager must be proficient in their respective department (recovery or remarketing) and service all clients, recovery agents, auctions and customers.

Based in Indianapolis and reporting to the Director of Remarketing, the Remarketing Internal Operations Manager will lead a fast-growing team delivering our commitment to meeting and exceeding the expectations of our business partners across the country.

Responsibilities and Duties:
· Maintain excellent customer service, strong telephone support and ability to answer or research the answer to client, agent, auction or customer questions.
· Develop operational knowledge and processes for the team's assigned clients. This includes writing all procedural manuals and any other process documentation.
· Identify issues as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed and follow up to confirm resolution.
· Train, mentor and give direction to Account Coordinators, Specialists and Senior Account Specialists.
· Review and process reports such as Pending Charges, Compliance Reports, Monthly Scorecards and other managerial reporting.
· Assist in monitoring used vehicle wholesale market conditions and communicate observations to Remarketing team and clients
· Schedule, prepare and participate in client conference calls and maintain client relationships at all times.
· Manage team efficiency and productivity using Management Operating System (MOS). Regularly review and monitor individual MOS results as well as complete weekly Action Items as needed.
· Work with Compliance on all client audits and Request for Proposals as requested.
· Manage team schedules based on phone call volume, assignment volume and head count needs.
· Represent PAR Remarketing in meetings with clients and speak to factors impacting performance
· Regularly review Avaya call reporting, phone setup, Compliance reporting and address with team and individuals as needed.
· Cultivate, maintain and monitor the relationship with team's assigned clients. This includes regular contact with client's management as well as potential travel for meetings with clients or industry related conferences.
· Keep Senior Leadership informed of potential problems, changes or issues on a daily basis as well as weekly recap report.
· Handle all personnel and HR duties relating to team. This includes delivering employee reviews, Corrective Actions and additional training as needed.
· Schedule and preside over weekly team meetings as well as weekly individual meetings with Senior Account Specialist(s).
· Monitor and process accounts in all internal system queues as directed. This includes New Accounts, , Client Update Queue, , Consignments, vehicle transport process, and operational audits
· Maintain daily and weekly reports per Senior Leadership request using Microsoft Excel.
· Act as liaison between client, customer and auctions.
· Utilize knowledge of multiple computer systems, such as the internal operating system, Microsoft Office products, third party vendor systems and integration partner systems.
· Maintain high level of accuracy and productivity in all daily activities.
· Perform other duties as directed by PAR Senior Leadership.

Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree is preferred.
· Previous recovery operations, vehicle auction, collections, or remarketing experience is preferred.
· Familiarity with Remarketing industry systems including but not limited to AutoIMS, Black Book, NADA, and MMR preferred
· Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to communicate verbally clearly and effectively and in writing.
· Competent Microsoft Office skills required. Daily use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
· Implement and assure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
· Demonstrate a commitment to stated values and business ethics.
· Exhibit professional excellence and consistently work as a teammate, supporting other members of the team.
