**PLEASE NOTE COMPANY IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN 90016 AND WILL BE RELOCATING TO A BRAND NEW OFFICE IN TORRANCE WITHIN THE NEXT 1-3 MONTHS*
**Furniture, Manufacturing, Garment, Apparel, Lighting, Perfume, Cashmere, Textile, Retail, Distribution and Merchandising industry background is a huge plus**
Reports To: Production Managers, Production Coordinators along with General Manager/COO
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Working with domestic and international customers, clients and vendors
• Responsible for the planning and execution of production activity for made-to-order and custom luxury furniture and decor.
• Executes each sales order according to company standards and the customer's specifications.
• Requires an ability to effectively communicate with a number of players, including but not limited to: sales representatives, warehouse supervisors, craftsman artisans, department managers, internal departments (accounting, shipping and receiving, etc.), third party vendors, and whoever else necessary to fulfill the order.
• Monitor and manage inventory, maintain data within software systems and networks, observe standards for accurate accounting, perform visual and tactile inspections of each piece throughout various stages of production, and participate in the customization process.
• Print and Email Order Acknowledgments as required
• Process, send, follow up, and update Drawing for Approvals as necessary
• Send, follow up, and update Finish Samples for Approval
• Follow up on Status Checks and order completions
• Communicate effectively with all vendors/finishing shops regarding purchase order status and details
• Respond to all inquiries either via of phone, e-mail or mail effectively and timely
• Work with clients and vendors to manage expectations and avoid problems wherever possible
• Process/Receive all packing slips timely and accurately
• Special projects as needed.
• Additional duties as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned
