The Manager, Field Talent Acquisition will lead the design and execution of the talent funnel for our 400+ company-owned restaurants, which employ over 14,000 people in the United States. Responsibilities Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, ATS management, offer negotiation, background checks though regular meetings, performance management of recruiters and ensuring key processes are adhered to.
