As part of the Subway Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things: Providing an excellent guest experience Ensuring that great food is prepared & served Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful Managing inventory and money control systems Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach Recruiting staff Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security Being a team player In addition to the role of a Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of: Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMust be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential. Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
