Previously he was the president and chief executive officer for Mizuho Securities USA Inc., a subsidiary of Japanese banking holding company Mizuho Financial Group He is a regular commentator for television and financial news programs including Fox Business, CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg, and others. At 44 years of age, Koudounis was the youngest CEO of any Wall Street firm when he was appointed in 2010.

Avner Mendelson has been with the Leumi Group since 2007 and was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Leumi - US in September 2013. During his tenure, he served as Head of Group Strategy and International Operations, as well as Chief of Staff. He has also served on Leumi’s US Board of Directors since 2012. Prior to joining the Leumi Group, Mendelson was a Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Company in London. Before that, he served in the Israeli Defense Forces for three years. Mendelson earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
