Works with our flight planning vendor and scheduling to ensure all trip aspects meet regulatory requirements. Leads fellow crew members using Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills to build highly functioning, mission-oriented teams. Assumes command responsibility for the aircraft and crew and is operationally responsible to the Chief Pilot. When assigned as SIC to another Captain, operationally responsible to the designated PIC for the trip. Relationships remain in effect regardless of which pilot is flying the aircraft or which seat is occupied.
