Where You Will Make an Impact
Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls for approximately 3,000 employees using ADP Workforce Now.
Ensure accuracy in all payroll processes, including time and attendance records, deductions, compensation changes, overtime, shift changes, and withholding adjustments.
Perform pre- and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks.
Prepare and deliver all required payroll and related reports for month-end.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries via ticketing system.
Review and accurately complete periodic and year-end reporting information.
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Associate degree in Business Administration or a minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Working Knowledge of E-Time or similar platform.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Solid understanding of payroll processing principles.
Ability to work under strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Knowledge of local tax regulations and implications.

**Your Unique Blend: What We're Looking For**
The ideal candidate for our PhD Leadership Development Program at BASF is a recent graduate or current PhD student studying Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biosciences, Material Science, Polymer Science, or a related field with a graduation date between May 2025 and July 2026 (must successfully defend prior to August 2026) OR completing their 1st or 2nd year of a post-doctoral position.
+ Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions and be willing to relocate anywhere in the country during and after the program, as all assignments are in-person or hybrid.
+ Candidates should demonstrate previous leadership experience and academic achievement, along with active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations.

**The opportunity**

* Calculate Brand/Generic claims accurately and timely, provide monthly accrual needs to Revenue Management teams
* Accurately record current and future rebate payments for cash reporting to Treasury. Will be responsible to help in the analysis for providing accurate weekly rebate check payment forecasts to ensure timely customer payment and maximize Teva's cash flow.
* Help in the review of customer terms and conditions (draft and final versions). Ensure that all changes and new rebates are set-up accurately in Model N Flex and are properly accrued for Revenue Management
* Analyze customer deductions to determine if valid and work closely with A/R to resolve while also looking for trends
* Work with IT to develop and implement rebate reports to support customer payments in BI tools.

* Preferred: Bachelor's degree
* Required: HS Diploma AND at least 1 year Pharmaceutical operational experience, preferably with reimbursements (Purchase Based or Managed Care Rebates, Medicaid Rebates, Chargebacks)
* Excel required; Model N Flex or comparable software and/or SAP a plus
Compensation Data
The annual starting salary for this position is between $77,000 - $96,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Logistics Coordinator, your future opportunity?
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will coordinate all national logistics operations related to import, storage, and distribution of Fragrance and Beauty, ensuring inventory availability and compliance with customs, tax, and corporate regulations. Ensure that transportation, warehousing, and dispatch processes are carried out with a focus on customer service.
You'll report to the Supply Chain Manager, based in our Bogota site working 4 days at the office and 1 day remote.
In this exciting opportunity, you'll:
Logistic administration
* Contribute to the design of the local Operations strategy by providing input regarding Logistics plans and improvement projects.
* Lead the process of the warehouse and distribution Centre with a 3PL supplier. This is to ensure the achievement of goals such as cost, productivity or accuracy. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, or customer issues.
* Design, deploy and maintain local logistics SOPs following corporate procedures.
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, shipping.
* Analyze all aspects of logistics to determine the most cost-efficient material flow whether related to routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.
* Collaborate with Supply Chain areas to develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
* Establish models and metrics for use in evaluating logistics performance.
* Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
* Contribute in Quality Notifications - PQR's internal and external Perform other general administrative tasks.
Import administration
* Ensure transactional audit of all import records and implement appropriate corrective actions in response to any findings.
* Work with site logistics organizations and suppliers to ensure their understanding of import documentation requirements.
* Advise on import compliance requirements and procedures and participate in site/division projects related to customs and trade compliance.
* Work with related teams (planning, 3PL 4PL suppliers, Customs agents) on customs matters and train personnel within these areas in import compliance.
* Analyze import data to identify risks or opportunities for savings and make recommendations to management.
* Provide analytical and reporting support for RFIs, post-entry amendments, prior disclosures, price adjustments, royalties.
* Perform eligibility analysis for goods that may benefit from Free Trade Agreement preference.
* Identify and recommend automation solutions to increase data management efficiency and improve monitoring of compliance issues.
People management
* Conduct annual human resources processes for the local Logistics team and validate results.
* Work with the local Operations management team and HR Business Partner in developing a local talent pipeline for the function.
