**Job Description**
The OEM Sales Manager is a key member of the Commercial Cold Chain Sales team. In this role, you will develop, collaborate, and complete sales strategies across multiple channels in collaboration with our End User and Aftermarket Sales Teams. The OEM Sales Manager's primary role within Copeland Cold Chain is to deliver sales growth through leadership and the execution of a strategic sales plan. You will direct the work and strategy for several Account Executives who lead the sales effort for the Copeland Cold Chain to several OEM customers. The ideal candidate will manage communications both internally and externally to ensure alignment.
**As an OEM Sales Manager you will:**
+ Drive year over year sales territory growth.
+ Develop and drive strategies for refrigeration customers to lower GWP refrigerants (CO2, R290, A2L) solutions
+ Define, build and nurture relationships with key decision makers at all customers in the territory
+ Identify and define customer growth strategies then design and drive account-specific strategies to align with customer needs.
+ Own complete accountability for delivering and maintaining territory sales and account business plans
+ Drive recognition and closure of opportunities for cross-business products (compression, controls, enterprise services) to increase recurring revenue
+ Monthly participation in forecast process and updating
+ Monthly participation in our business opportunity management/pipeline process
+ Develop key relationships with Customer Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc. Manage customer profile, contacts, and opportunity funnel within Salesforce CRM platform
**Required** **Educatio** **n, Experience, & Skills** **:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a business related or technical field
+ Proven Sales Record
+ Minimum of ten years advancement in selling and management
+ Proven experience in managing from classic sales to consultative solutions selling.
+ Proven experience in sales team development and organizational change.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both lower-level technical decision makers and executive level financial decision makers.
+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:**
+ MBA
+ Management experience in Refrigeration, HVAC or Controls Technology
**Remote Work Arrangement: **
This role is fully remote, working out of regional home office with 60% travel required. A typical week consists of customer visits across multiple cities, hotels & rental cars. As a remote colleague, you may be required to travel to Copeland sites regularly to collaborate with your team or customers as needed. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The District Sales Manager position is responsible for the success of assigned member retailers. This includes the primary function of developing and executing plans in conjunction with assigned members to; increase same store sales, improve merchandising in stores, increase member profitability, maximize concentration of purchases through AWG to the members benefit, facilitate promotional sales events and drive member growth through expansion.
The District Sales Manager position holds the primary responsibility to achieve sales budgets at AWG within assigned districts by providing RETAIL SALES through the use of AWG products and services. This position is also responsible for leading communication efforts and problem solving between AWG and its members.
Essential Functions:
Consulting with members, addressing needs, developing plans, promotions and programs to ensure retail sales goals and company goals are achieved within the group.
Regularly traveling to existing stores maintaining contact with members and both supporting their success and ensure marketing / merchandising plans are executed properly to maximize member sales and profitability.
Communication and training for retail personnel on AWG policies, procedures, and new programs as they are rolled out.
Ensuring communication with members is current, that follow up to ideas, suggestions and concerns are completed, as well as any action items to improve service from the COOP and profitability of the members are achieved.
Responding to daily phone, email and text requests from members to rectify issues and concerns related to products, services, promotions, programs, special events and special requests.
Important Functions:
Collaborating with Ad Coordinators to ensure ads are developed consistent with requirements of the group owners, ensuring sales are achieved as budgeted.
Awareness and communication of AWG program options such as price management, ad groups, promotions, not for resale, DSG, etc.
Assisting members with expansion into digital marketing and services.
Coordinating with AWG specialist to support member operations and drive sales
Working with Store Brands Representatives to drive member store brands sales.
Managing regular business reviews with the intent of improving member stores' success; sales and profitability
Qualifications
Any combination of education, training and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities are achieved:
Knowledge:
Understanding of AWG programs, terminology and reporting
Understanding of retail operating statements and balance sheets
Understanding of retail perishable operations in Meat, Produce, and Deli/Bakery
Understanding of retail supermarket operating norms and metrics including regulations
Abilities:
Bilingual Spanish English
Ability to interpret P&L statements, including those with incomplete information.
Ability to provide excellent negotiation skills, combined with strong communication skills.
Experience, Education and Training:
Previous experience as grocery retail Store Director or Manager
Experience as an AWG Ad Coordinator or previous vendor broker experience a positive.
Strong competency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Three-five years of experience in the following areas: Store Director or Manager, Ad Coordinator or sales experience in grocery food retail.
Physical Requirements:
Perform bending, squatting, sitting, and reaching from floor level to six feet in height.
Must be able to move throughout various buildings, conduct training at retail sites, load and unload materials and equipment.
Must be able to lift or move at least 25 pounds and move product as needed.

The Account Executive - Biogas is a hunter and rallies their peers to provide world class products and service across a group of high value, existing accounts. As the Account Executive- Biogas, you will:

+ Drive profitable growth by developing new business for Vilter gas compression products in assigned customer base and geography
+ Focus on developing new and existing accounts across North America with an emphasis on biogas digesters (wastewater, dairy, foodwaste), with others to be assigned as required

+ Drive specification of and preference for Vilter equipment by developing working level relationships with end-users, developers, biogas upgraders, system integrators, and other contractors

+ Maintain up-to-date forecasts, project details, and competitor notes through Salesforce CRM

+ Actively support Vilter commercial processes including developing and submitting sales proposals, negotiating customer terms & conditions, and other customer contractual agreements

**Required education, experiences & skills:**
+ Demonstrated record of success in sales territory growth within industrial equipment, biogas, oil & gas, or related field
+ Ability to communicate both technically and commercially with all levels of the organization as well as customers and end users
+ Strong analytical skills and drive for results
+ Knowledgeable in contract negotiations
+ Regular travel required, up to 100 nights per year
