Purpose Statement
The Material Handler is responsible for shipping, receiving and transporting packaging, ingredients, and finished goods for the facility.

Observes all safety rules and regulations including use of personal protective equipment and material handling.
Follows all established Good Manufacturing Practices, including maintaining an orderly and clean work area.
Maintain forklifts by daily inspecting batteries, water levels, lights, horn, tires, mirrors, oil levels, backup beep indicators, etc.
Verify all deliveries/discrepancies by inspecting materials through physically counting and comparing the amount printed on the delivery receipt.
Enter necessary documentation of delivery receipts or material handling into the company''s computer system.
Organize/rotate old materials with new.
Housekeeping: daily remove/fix any dirty, torn, hanging, broken wood, packaging, ingredients etc.
Assist management with inventory balances through physical cycle counts.
Label any open/partial ingredient and packaging.
Check production schedules daily to stage packaging and ingredients if needed.
Performs all other warehouse and freezer duties.
Must be able to operate all forklift equipment
Must be trained and recertified annually for forklift license
Must be able to work in an extremely cold environment

What will I do?

Lift Operators: will direct the safe and efficient loading and unloading of guests of all ability levels on ski lifts through constant communication, awareness, and decision making.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute safe, efficient and courteous loading and unloading of guests from ski lifts.
Ensure operating lifts are constantly monitored by a trained Lift Operator.
Check guest lift passes to ensure authorized to use resort services.
Facilitate a culture of safety and promote rules, regulations and accountability.
Follow standard operating procedures to maintain safe conditions.
Act as an Ambassador for the Resort by greeting guests, sharing conditions of runs and current events.
Complete daily pre-operational inspection of lift machinery in order to accurately complete a legal lift-log document.
Immediately report any safety concerns or irregularities to supervisor and lift maintenance.
Working knowledge of emergency procedures, including lift evacuations.

Netsuite inventory management transactions
Maintain system accuracy of physical on-hand inventory through management of the lab's inventory reserves and post-production inventory reconciliations
Perform regular cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, institute policies to prevent future problems, and prepare inventory accuracy reports
Other inventory management tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
