Doug Wagner assumed his current position of Chief Executive Officer and President in 2015 after serving as President of IIMAK since 2012. Doug also serves on IIMAK’s Board of Directors. Doug re-joined IIMAK in 2007 as Senior Vice President of North America Sales and Marketing and was promoted in 2010 to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. From 1996-1998, Doug held the position of OEM Account Manager at IIMAK. Prior to re-joining IIMAK in 2007, Doug spent nine years with Avery Dennison Corporation in their Retail Information Services Division last holding the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Europe, Middle East & Africa where he was based in the UK. Doug began his career working for the United States Department of State serving as a member of the Foreign Service at U.S. Embassies in Tunisia, Guatemala and Saudi Arabia. Doug holds an undergraduate degree in International Studies from West Virginia University.

Joe joined IIMAK in 2000 as Manager, Tax and Analysis and was promoted to Controller in 2003. In 2007, he was promoted to Vice President – Finance, Secretary and Treasurer and in 2008 he was appointed to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining IIMAK, Joe was a Manager at KPMG LLP, where he spent 7 years in public accounting. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and has an undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Professional Accounting from Canisius College.

My education is in the field of Polymer Materials Science complemented with an MBA. My career has focused on the development of digital imaging materials and coatings. I was one of the pioneers of thermal dye sublimation imaging starting in the early 1980's. I've continued to focus on digital imaging materials at IIMAK where we have developed several new thermal imaging technologies. Currently I am focusing on inks and coatings for a wide variety of printing, imaging and marking applications. I have over a hundred patents in the field of digital printing and imaging.
