Very professional environment with a lot of room for advancement.

There is a tendency to promote people to first line leaders that are great at their jobs not that they show potential as a great manager of people.

The pay.

Fast paced work environment. It was a company for the employees but when management changed so did there values.

Human resources were not there for the employees unless it was a negative issue.

The 401K was great.

Shifts open 24hrs, flexibility when needed, Virtual Work also.

Met good people that has been there for years that didn't mind working hard and had good teamwork

They did not care to acknowledge the hard working people and only had there select few that was "favored"
