International product manager job description

Identify and manage launch of improvements to existing products. Work with relevant project managers to oversee all approved projects for own portfolio, ensuring that projects deliver the required features and benefits outlined in the business case on time and on budget and actively managing risks/issues that may occur to minimize their impact. Own the process for prioritizing defect fixes and small product enhancements to ensure that a good balance is achieved and that customer reported defects are assigned a suitable priority to maximize customer satisfaction. Review relevant user documentation and ensure that all changes to products are communicated clearly and fully to both internal and external customers to minimize queries raised. Manage product quality and cost

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Support in determining the product strategy for the respective business aligning with the overall group strategy, aimed at achieving revenue and subscriber targets.2. Product lifecycle management:

Participates in the ideation of new products and offers Manages the roadmap, demands and initiatives coming from the Business Partners and provides high level feasibility assessment Accomplishes the Requirements Specifications Tool, which composed of Demand and User Stories of Business' Big Plays in collaboration with the Business Sponsor and StakeholdersReviews and prepares the Rollout Request Document to support the delivery of rollout initiatives (together with sponsor) Oversees the overall implementation timeline to ensure product readiness based on the desired launch date of BusinessRationalizes products/offers and recommends which ones to retain, modify and retire

3. Facilitates Roaming Partners' requests such as RWO/IWO preparations, LTE/5G testing, network configuration activation/modification, and other roaming and international requirements.4. Develops reports related to product performance, and build key insights to be used in determining recommended actions.

Obtains data on revenue, traffic, registration/availers, churn, ARPU/ATPU from EDO, ISG, NTG and other sources Obtains latest product costing from Finance to help assess impact of offer on product portfolio in terms of product profitability Develops key insights coming from the data acquired, and provide deliverable programs as recommendation to the sponsors Provide regular reports (Monthly/Quarterly Business Review), consolidating key drivers along with project highlights and their contribution to the business.

5. Develops new/updated processes, service platforms and capabilities together with Product, NTG and/or ISG for optimal revenue margins, improved cost efficiency and superior customer experience.6. Works with the technical/network and CXM on issues/concerns raised by Business. Facilitates decision for escalated problems.

Wells Fargo is seeking an Investigations Manager for the International Research Team.

In this role, you will:

* Manage an internal investigations team and execute risk-based internal investigations programs with low to moderate risk and complexity
* Manage the implementation of procedures, controls, analytics, and trend evaluation
* Resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations
* Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
* Prioritize work and provide daily leadership and mentorship
* Lead projects and initiatives with significant exposure to the bank
* Conduct preliminary assessment of allegations
* Communicate with internal business partners, vendors, and management
* Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
* Consult with line of business to balance risk and control efforts to assist business in managing internal fraud risks
* Provide leadership, communication, technical expertise, direction, and work prioritization for direct report team
* Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Investigations
* Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
* Provide strategic thinking related to enterprise-wide conduct and risk management issues
* Reinforce investigating principle of fairness for all parties potentially impacted by investigations

Required Qualifications, US:

* 4+ years of Investigations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

* Conduct Management experience
* International investigations experience
* Experience coaching, developing and leading significant investigations teams
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of human resources practices and policies, including but not limited to investigations of employment related allegations
* Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams
* Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
* Experience utilizing multiple technologies to research and identify information, manage cases, and provide documentation to support and defend decisions
* Experience using a case management system
* Personal effectiveness and demonstrated leadership with peers and senior leaders
* Change management experience
* Experience and/or understanding of Sales Practice Conduct Management and Enterprise Investigations functions
* ACFE and/or SHRM certification
* Intermediate MS Office experience.

Job Expectations:

* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
* Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
* Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office / 2 days remote
