Identify and manage launch of improvements to existing products. Work with relevant project managers to oversee all approved projects for own portfolio, ensuring that projects deliver the required features and benefits outlined in the business case on time and on budget and actively managing risks/issues that may occur to minimize their impact. Own the process for prioritizing defect fixes and small product enhancements to ensure that a good balance is achieved and that customer reported defects are assigned a suitable priority to maximize customer satisfaction. Obtains data on revenue, traffic, registration/availers, churn, ARPU/ATPU from EDO, ISG, NTG and other sources Obtains latest product costing from Finance to help assess impact of offer on product portfolio in terms of product profitability Develops key insights coming from the data acquired, and provide deliverable programs as recommendation to the sponsors Provide regular reports (Monthly/Quarterly Business Review), consolidating key drivers along with project highlights and their contribution to the business.

In this role, you will:

* Manage an internal investigations team and execute risk-based internal investigations programs with low to moderate risk and complexity
* Manage the implementation of procedures, controls, analytics, and trend evaluation
* Resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations
* Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
* Prioritize work and provide daily leadership and mentorship
* Lead projects and initiatives with significant exposure to the bank
* Conduct preliminary assessment of allegations
* Communicate with internal business partners, vendors, and management
* Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
* Consult with line of business to balance risk and control efforts to assist business in managing internal fraud risks

Required Qualifications, US:
