The Nuclear Science and Engineering (NSE) Division is seeking a project manager to support the International Nuclear Collaboration (INC) Program via coordination, liaison, search and analysis of the information. The selected candidate will review deliverables under existing contracts with INC counterparts, perform tasks to support DOE Kyiv Office as requested, participate in new DOE and State sponsored projects, support PI on plant-grid interface, open switchyards, SF6 transition program, and backup diesel project. The candidate will also support PI in developing proposals for EUR/ACE office of the State Department and provide support to NE at the Annual Budget Review meetings between DOE and the State Department. The selected candidate will provide support for policy developments in countries involved in the INC program administered by DOE-NE. The candidate will serve as liaison with international counterparts and ensure coordination with DOE Office at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine. Aids ANL INC Program PI and contributes to developing project proposals and reporting results of ongoing projects. Supports DOE Kyiv Office as requested providing expertise and assessment of developments for DOE policies and DOE/NNSA projects in Ukraine. Support DOE/NE in preparing status reports on Ukraine's nuclear facilities and electrical grid.
