The FNB Bastrop Community Banking Intern Program offers college students and recent graduates a comprehensive, hands-on experience in the core functions and mission of a community bank. This immersive program is designed to provide participants with a broad understanding of how a community bank operates, supports customers and businesses, and contributes to the economic growth and stability of its community.
Program Structure:
Throughout the program, interns will gain exposure to key departments and functions. Each experience is guided by professional bankers who provide practical training, project assignments, and role-specific knowledge.
Experiential learning includes:
Retail Banking: Learn the fundamentals of customer service, account management, deposits, and daily branch operations. Observe and gain firsthand experience on building relationships with and supporting customers in their banking needs.
Lending: Explore the lending process from application to closing. Work alongside commercial and consumer lenders to understand loan origination, underwriting, and relationship management.
Credit Analysis: Develop analytical skills by reviewing financial statements and credit underwriting presentations alongside experienced credit professionals.
Finance & Accounting: Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and other projects to understand how a community bank maintains financial health and achieves financial performance.

A Day in the Life
As an In-home Family Therapist in the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program, you will gain experience with an evidence-based practice that supports at-risk youth ages 12-17 years old while collaborating with their families in their homes, schools, and in their local communities using several different therapeutic approaches. As a therapist, you will have a caseload of 4-6 families and a flexible schedule to accommodate the family's needs and your life outside of work. You will empower families to address problematic behavior and will help youth make life-transforming changes.
How This Position Contributes to our Mission
Conduct comprehensive assessments, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and key players in the youth's environment
Actively engage primary caregivers and key participants to drive lasting, positive behavioral change

Family Behavioral Health Therapist Skills and Qualifications
Master's degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area required
Eligibility for professional licensure or certification in KY (CSW, LPCA, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, LPATA, LPA, etc.) If not current, must possess within 60 days of hire
Strong clinical skills with emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practices & Family Systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Independent licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc. in the state of KY preferred
Previous employment providing in-home or community-based therapy services preferred

Vesta, Inc is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide Substance Use services at our Lanham Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. Vesta serves individuals who are suffering from a wide range of diagnosis including severe mental illness and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate would provide counseling services (individual sessions and groups) to clients in our Substance Use program. This position may also provide individual, family, and group therapy as well as treatment planning and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that consumers in our clinic are receiving quality mental health care.
Hours for the position are Monday through Friday Full time, with some flexibility during the evening hours for group sessions.
Applicants MUST Licensed Social Worker or Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Maryland (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT) who have experience working with experience working with individuals with substance use disorders. Supervision will be provided for graduate level candidates. Current/recently graduated social work and counseling interns are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities:
Evaluate clients' mental and physical health, addiction, or problem behavior and assess their readiness for treatment.
Help clients develop skills and behaviors necessary to recover from their addiction or modify their behavior.
Complete required evaluations and assessments, including screening, intake, clinical assessments, ASAM and biopsychosocial histories.
Provides individual and/or group sessions and social casework for residents/clients and their families.
Serves as a member of the treatment team, working with other disciplines in diagnosing problems, formulating treatment plans, and evaluating progress.
Provides necessary social work treatment in accordance with medical treatment plans and modifies these plans to further therapeutic goals.
Prepares socio-psychiatric case history information, psychosocial assessment, and social work treatment plans, for use in pre-admission screening and diagnosis.
Ability to provide clinical supervision preferred but not required (LCSW-C and LCPC).
Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: Therapists are paid based on a fee-for-service basis, meaning compensation will be paid monthly per completed service rather than based on an hourly or salaried rate.
Some Full-Time salaried positions available, paid bi-weekly. Salaried positions range from $68,841 - $77,102 (LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT) or $75,215 - $84,241 (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT) per year, Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training. PTO/Sick Leave: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). This position requires a Spanish speaker to work in (Location) with immigrant women who participate in the GA microfinance program. The CommunityHealth Worker / Educator will work closely with the women by providing health, financial literacy and other finance and small business-related content to our members as well as social support. The CommunityHealth Worker / Educator will also work closely with neighborhood health resources and social service organizations in order to improve the health and well-being of GA women. This position will work as a team with other CHW/Educators.
Responsibilities include:
Lead groups of 20-30 women in basic group activities, including social support and education on a variety of topics (and in a variety of locations).
Implement a range of interventions including counseling, coaching, referral and advocacy to gain access to services and resources for participants.
Educate members on financial and business topics, such as savings accounts, credit scores, and a variety of other matters with the support of others on the Grameen America team.
Establish positive, supportive relationships with participants from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, both individually and in group settings.
Help participants develop health management plans and goals, as well as financial goals.
Coach participants in effective management of chronic conditions and self-care.
Manage schedule and coordination of group time and individual counseling.
Document participant encounters, maintain participant files and document activities.
Build and maintain relationships with social service agencies, medical institutions, and other community-based organizations/resources to facilitate referral processes.
Work to reduce cultural and socioeconomic barriers between clients and institutions.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Proficient in Google Suite / Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Ability to be adaptable and flexible on a day-to-day basis.
Excellent attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in health services, social services, or financial education is a plus.
