Summary:
We are seeking a Full Time Retail Sales Supervisor, who will be responsible for the complete operation of designated areas. Work with Terminal/Department management and associates to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:
Manage the store in the absence of management, demonstrating outside sales and customer service skills.
Supervise sales associates in generating sales, store housekeeping, loss prevention, merchandising, pricing, cash register operations (POS).
Adhere to U.S. Customs regulations and all company policies and procedures.
Ensuring client concerns are solved professionally
Administer coaching & counseling, corrective actions, and proper documentation to associates when needed.
Act as role models of professionalism, ethical behavior and effective decision making at all time.
Delegating tasks and following-up to ensure task completion.
Observing and providing feedback of Associate performance.
Motivating associate to perform at a high level
Training employees to interact with clients in a professional manner
Education & Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of retail experience
Minimum of one (1) year of supervisor/manger experience.
Minimum of one (1) year of previous customer service or selling experience
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Excellent Interpersonal Skills (examples are: active listening, verbal communication, assertiveness)
Bi-lingual skills a plus (Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, French, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish)
Requirements:
Must present professional appearance while interacting with clients
Must be a team player
Must participate in semi-annual inventory
Must pass airport security background
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
Must be able to stand and/or walk for eight hours per shift
Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop.

REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
2+ years of retail and/or bike shop experience, with working knowledge of business operations and shrink reduction.
Proven talent in networking, recruiting, interviewing, training, and team development.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, store teams, and upper management.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multi-task effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2+ years in a management role, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
At least 2+ years of experience in retail or the snow/water/bike sports industry. Technical knowledge and product familiarity are key.
Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, increase sales, and drive store profitability.
Solid understanding of retail business operations, including shrink reduction and inventory control.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to build strong working relationships with vendors, buyers, store associates, and corporate leadership.
Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, training, and developing employees for growth and performance.
Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities, with a strong attention to detail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform assembly and adjustment in an accurate and timely manner, while maintaining the integrity of the bike.
Complete paperwork and logs correctly and completely.
Report any discrepancies and follow the process to correct quickly and accurately.
Professional communication with Supervisor(s):
Communicate any manufacturers' defect, damage, or missing parts prior to bike build.
Communicate any unusual problems that may need further assistance to complete the bike build in a timely manner and with high standards.
Adhere to safety procedures regarding lifting and use of tools and equipment.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of all bike-building standards for various models.
Basic computer skills.
Contributing to sales results by learning product knowledge, services, and communicate these effectively to the customer.
Preferred: Bike industry, retail, and/or Customer Service experience.

Be readily able to give clear and concise directions to the store to calling customers.
Notify management of any suspicious people or situations.

Maintain communication with Store Manager (SM), District Manager (DM) and Home Office team to stay abreast of company initiatives.
Loss Prevention minimize inventory loss (internal, external, and paper) and maintain accurate cash control.
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years management experience; Ability to manage, motivate and develop.
2+ years retail and or Bike Shop experience; Knowledge of business operations & shrink reduction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a genuine smile.
Ensure you deliver exceptional Customer Service that is consistent and beyond expectations.
Determine customers' equipment needs.
Perform quality tunes, mounting, adjustments and repairs to customers' equipment according to established guidelines.
Adhere to safety procedures regarding use of tools and equipment.
Complete accurate work order paperwork and prioritize work orders in an expedient manner.
Ensure pricing is accurate, including any current advertised items and specials.
Serve as knowledgeable resource to customers.
Be familiar with the merchandise carried in the store, including brands, key features, and benefits, as well as ability to make accurate suggestions to customers.
Remain current on ski industry products and trends to share knowledge with customers.
Attend product knowledge clinics/camps.
Notify Management of any suspicious people or situations
Loss Prevention - maintain accurate cash control and minimize inventory losses.
REQUIREMENTS
Ski and/or snowboard tuning experience.
Preferred: 1 year service technician experience.
Preferred: Retail and Customer Service experience.
Strong selling and customer service skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer skills, with ability to learn the register.

Responsibilities
Building Talent
Support the recruitment and development of the sales team
Support the training and development of new sales associates
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
Assist in driving workplace engagement and motivation within the store
Building Service Standards
Surpass expectations regarding customer service and empowers team to adhere to customer service protocols
Seek and communicate customer feedback regarding school and home use of products
Build a unique and lasting relationship with customers
Train staff on new products and promotions
Monitor and maintain company expectations around store presentation standards, retail policies and procedures, store cleanliness and safety standards
Building Revenue and Operational Excellence
Assist in inventory management and stock control
Help with cash handling and reconciliation processes
Operate as keyholder with responsibility to support opening/closing of store and cash registers
Assist in employee scheduling and payroll approvals to support optimal staffing
Support sales initiatives, promotional activities, and the retail store's outreach programs to raise awareness and foster relationships that support Lakeshore's goals

Professional communication with Supervisor(s):
Communicate any manufacturers' defect, damage, or missing parts prior to bike build.
Communicate any unusual problems that may need further assistance to complete the bike build in a timely manner and with high standards.
Adhere to safety procedures regarding lifting and use of tools and equipment.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
