The NYC Law Department is accepting applications from admitted attorneys for a position in the State Law Enforcement Defense Unit of the Tort Division. Attorneys in this Unit specialize in the handling of pre-trial litigation in matters arising from interactions between citizens and law enforcement officers in State Court.
After the completion of orientation, attorneys hired by the Law Department will have the opportunity to elect to work from home under one of the following two programs. The first option allows attorneys to work remotely on a limited and irregular basis. The second option is a Citywide pilot program, which allows participants to select two set days to work from home each week. The two days will need to be approved by the attorney's division and take into consideration the needs of the division, as the pilot program requires more than 50% staff coverage each day. In addition, if an attorney needs to appear in court, a client meeting or other in-person work related event on a set work from home day, they will need to attend to those in-person responsibilities and will not be able to work from home that day. Participants in the pilot program must set one work from home location where they will work remotely. This pilot program is currently being tested Citywide to determine its efficacy for City agencies and is not yet a permanent program.

The Real Estate Services (RES) division of DCAS supports the operations of the government of the City of New York by providing services for the City's real estate needs. Purpose of Position
The Portfolio Manager - South Pacific Region is an integral part of the REnew Pacific program and leads the in-country management of the program's portfolio of renewable energy projects in the southern Pacific Island Countries, particularly Fiji, Samoa, Tuvalu and/or others. The Portfolio Manager - South Pacific Region assists in the development and granting of projects and manages the day-to-day interactions with recipient partners, monitoring progress and supporting implementation. The role also contributes to implementation of REnew Pacific strategies and plans including related to GEDSI, localisation and monitoring, evaluation and learning.
REnew Pacific staff work remotely from Australia's east coast and various Pacific nations. REnew Pacific does not have an operating office in the South Pacific region, so this position operates remotely. Depending on the circumstances of the candidate, REnew Pacific will work out a solution for a remote work location, or support communications infrastructure necessary to work from home.
Primary Responsibilities
Under the guidance and direction of the Senior Portfolio Manager, the Portfolio Manager - South Pacific Region will:
Portfolio Management and Pipeline Development:
Manage a portfolio of REnew Pacific projects and partnerships in South Pacific region, in accordance with grant agreements and the REnew Pacific Grant Management Framework
Serve as the primary relationship manager for established grants and related partners, ensuring coordination and effective communication with partners
Lead program processes, monitoring progress and key risks, maintaining excellent relationships and keeping the Senior Portfolio Manager and DFAT informed as appropriate
Regularly liaise with DFAT Posts to ensure awareness and coordination of the portfolio.
Support REnew Pacific partners to anticipate issues, problem solve and work adaptively in a dynamic context.
Support the REnew Pacific team in the identification and pursuit of partnership and project opportunities.
Coordinate partner engagement for pipeline development.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with providers and suppliers of technical solutions for renewable energy in Pacific Island Countries (PICs) to ensure that locally-based firms and personnel participate in project development, design and delivery where possible
Support REnew Pacific communications and public diplomacy activities including to frame and detail project level stories and lessons learned
Lead project level reporting, analysis, and work planning, keeping REnew Pacific Management Information Systems up to date.

Escalate complex issues to the Senior Portfolio Manager at the earliest opportunity
Leadership and Management:
Provide timely and accurate reporting through REnew Pacific systems, including health and safety incidents, fraud and child protection reporting as well as project activity reporting

Reporting Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience Required

Position Summary:
The Sr. Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting strategic and brand plan development/ implementation and innovation launch plan development and monitoring for the Perrier Jouet, MUMM and Chateau Sainte Marguerite champagne, sparkling and rosé brands. He/she will exhibit a general manager mindset and will be responsible for assisting in key projects that will aim to achieve two critical goals: a) build brand equity and, b) drive brand performance through long term profitable growth.
This exciting role requires a dynamic and experienced Sr. Brand Manager who has a strong marketing, analytical and innovation background, luxury brand or high-end spirits & wine experience, is consumer centric and can balance thinking strategically with the key execution priorities on the business including, but not limited to the following:
Commercial Prowess: Partner with the Brand Director, and other Brand Managers, as well as key agencies and cross-functional team to drive the brand equity and growth through retail programs, brand partnerships and sponsorships, and develop platforms/executions that maximize business results.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Develop, deliver, and iterate plans continuously with a resourceful, obsessive, and fearless mindset with a focus on proving the case for brand expansion.

Job Requirements:

Experience / Background: 5-8+ years of business experience, with experience in a senior level role in CPG, media agency or advertiser and, or working for or with key retail customers.
Experience managing Prestige, Luxury and, or culturally iconic brands with sizable A&P budgets.
Experience developing brand strategies grounded in insights and analytics.
