Job Summary
Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Counsel to join its International Trade practice group in the New York office.
QualificationsCandidates must have 5 – 6 years of substantive experience in customs and import law. Experience handling forced labor, audits, investigations, penalty proceedings, disclosures, valuation, classification and origin matters is required. Candidates should have experience managing and running cases on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and managing junior associates. U.S. Court of International Trade experience is preferred.
All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be members in good standing of the NY State Bar.

* Attend all training sessions;

Spring 2023 Orientation: January 4-8;
Fall 2023 Orientation: August 12-16
* Execute international student orientation through facilitating presentations, leading small groups, and planning social events
* Actively participate in weekly meetings & hold weekly office hours: approximately 7 hours per week
