Primary Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing team to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaign plans and content to attract and engage potential candidates
Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure recruiting assets are updated regularly
Maintain a thorough understanding of recruiting marketing best practices and candidate experience and keep the marketing team up-to-date on the latest trends
Oversee updates to the Company's career site and suggest improvements for engaging with potential candidates
Develop and maintain a recruiting marketing tool kit with assets to support hiring activities including social media, print ads, radio spots, video testimonials, postcards, etc.
Create content to support existing recruiting and employer branding
Prepare weekly recruiting marketing reports to monitor campaign results
Work closely with the marketing analytics team to track all campaign tactics and provide recommendations for improvements
Produce and distribute weekly candidate lead reports and monitor chat transcripts from career site
Perform ongoing research about new tactics and technologies to promote the Company's career opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field is required.
Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications or recruiting is required.
Good communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all functional areas
Good written communications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines
Experience working with social media platforms
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Hands on experience creating content for brand awareness and/or recruiting

Complete Instructor led OEM courses as required to support location fleet mix.
Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including:
Performs standard vehicle maintenance
Performs preventive maintenance
Performs complex repairs with minimal (if any) support.
Demonstrate the ability to access and use internal and external maintenance documents
Diagnoses and repairs complex mechanical and electronic problems with minimal (if any) support, utilizing diagnostic computers/software when applicable.
Performs remote triage to with RCRC and customers to determine best solution to assist roadside breakdowns.
Performs facility maintenance duties
Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task.
Instructs and advises other technicians regarding maintenance repair procedures and diagnostics
Coaches/Mentors other level technicians
Advise shop management and other technicians on shop repairs
Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available
Works in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, MOT)
Other support duties as required to support operations. These could include but are not limited to Service Island support.

About the Role:

Your work ensures containers are handled accurately and safely, keeping freight moving on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment to load and unload shipping containers from railcars and trucks.
Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis within the yard.
Use top loaders, side loaders, and/or cranes to stack, move, and organize containers.
Perform equipment inspections before and after use to ensure operational safety.
Communicate with yard personnel and supervisors to coordinate moves and tasks.
Maintain a safe work environment by following established protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating heavy equipment or machinery in a logistics or industrial environment preferred

The Guardian is seeking a dynamic and ambitious reporter for a new project focused on movement building and efforts to protect civil rights in the US. This project will amplify underreported and emerging stories about the people and organizations fighting for fundamental rights and liberties at this critical moment in America. From fractious town halls to protests in cities enduring immigration raids, new political voices and coalitions are emerging. We want to help readers both in the US and globally understand how these pro-democracy movements and grassroots organizing efforts are building power.
At a time when old coalitions seem to have fallen apart, we will cover new leaders and organizations making themselves heard. Areas of coverage will include immigration and civil rights, racial and economic justice, climate and environment, healthcare, the constitution and the rule of law. The Guardian is seeking an ambitious, rigorous and creative graphics reporter to help develop a new project focused on how critical government data and information is being deleted-and what the consequences are. From the departments of education and housing to NOAA, NASA and the EPA, crucial government data and thousands of webpages have been removed since the start of the year. Signage at national parks and museums is being reviewed and changed. This information tells the story of the US, including the state of inequality and injustice, and can help direct attention and funding to those most at risk from climate disaster, poor health, underinvestment, and more. If this data ceases to exist, or is altered, some experts believe that inequalities could become further entrenched.
The graphics reporter will help conceptualize the project and tell stories about the data that is being altered or deleted. Stories could involve recreating a valuable dataset that has been lost, or continuing to track what it tracked. Or they could highlight the work of researchers, scientists, archivists and librarians as information and history “defenders.”
The ideal graphics reporting candidate will have both exceptional data visualization skills with an eye towards telling stories through innovative visualizations and interactives. We want someone with a keen editorial eye who has experience working with reporters to design and program the visuals for ambitious projects.
Key responsibilities
Work with the data editor, editor of the movement building project, and data reporter to plan and execute visuals and reporting projects
Brainstorm, design, and build visual stories, whether it's recreating a climate tool the government has taken down, or creating a static data visual that elevates the narrative, or combining census data and using government research to highlight disparities.
You should be comfortable building graphics in javascript frameworks (we work in Svelte). Experience with Illustrator and ai2html is a big plus
About you

Role Overview
We're hiring an Associate General Counsel - Litigation to manage complex, nationwide disputes in cases before judges in state and federal courts. This hands‑on, litigation‑focused in‑house role manages a diverse docket and partners closely with outside lawyers to protect the company's interests.
What You'll Do
Manage end‑to‑end litigation (products liability, tort, commercial, and employment).
Develop case strategy and risk mitigation; manage outside counsel and matter budgets.
Travel nationally for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

What You'll Bring
JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership.
5+ years of litigation experience (firm and/or in‑house), including trial prep and courtroom advocacy.

Summary:
The Installation Technician is responsible for installing specialized components and systems on new Class 8 trucks. This role involves precise mechanical and electrical work, including mounting, wiring, and configuring aftermarket or OEM equipment such as lighting systems, safety devices, brackets, and structural assemblies. Technicians may also perform light fabrication and welding tasks to ensure secure and compliant installations.
Responsibilities:
* Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
* Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
* Writes up on the repair order an accurate, clear, and detailed description of installations or inspections completed
* Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
* Prioritize workflow through effective communication with management staff
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
Duties:
* Install specialized equipment and modifications onto medium and heavy duty trucks according to customer specifications
* Perform pre delivery inspections
* Lay out new upfits for new customers
* Obtains supervisor permission to complete diagnosed repairs and/or add additional repairs to a repair
* Communicates with parts department personnel to obtain or order the parts necessary to repair vehicles
* Performs road test on customer vehicles to assist in problem isolation or to verify repair procedure
* Tracks and charges clocked hours to the proper corresponding Repair Order operation
* Writes up on the repair order an accurate, clear, and detailed description of installations or inspections completed
* Interacts with customers in a professional and positive manner
* Assists other technicians with installation procedures as needed
* All other duties as assigned
