Pros of working at Internet Brands

Freedom to be creative and time. There is not a lot of pressure applied during the job, but this also turns into a bad side.

Cons of working at Internet Brands

Communication among departments is limited, lots of managers & higher-level employees-- previously working under a different company enjoy great benefits & don't work to make the company better; yet the people on the bottom have to suffer the consequences of this. The talent pool for your coworkers is very small because of the meager salary & sometimes only hourly rate that they pay. You are replaceable unless you have a salaried position, and even at that... I haven't seen a lot of salaried people feel secure or really want to stay.

Internet Brands benefits

IB, itself has a decent benefits package, and they offer options for navigating your plan. There are paid short & long term benefits, additional 401k matching, and other benefits--- group rates for insurance are high everywhere, but there are options, so it's not like you are stuck with the worst of the worst.
