    We are seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused Meetings Technical Services Senior Manager to join our Engineering & IT team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for planning and executing the hybrid components and technical support for conferences and meetings. You'll leverage your expertise in IT and audio-visual production to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring that our collaboration tools, venues, technicians, and conference rooms, meet business needs and support a seamless global hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties: ● Lead the planning and execution of the hybrid component of meetings and conferences. ● Manage meeting technology projects from concept through completion. ● Stay up to date on emerging meeting technologies and best practices. ● Recommend and lead technical implementations for continuous service improvement. ● Ensure reliable performance and life cycle management of hardware and AV systems that are part of the ICANN Meetings shipment, hybrid meeting kits, and global conference rooms. ● Coordinate with contractors and vendors, including training and oversight. ● Act as lead Meeting Technical Services (MTS) technician for assigned events and meetings. ● Work within rigid deadlines to produce and support ICANN meetings. ● Make correct decisions in the high-pressure situations presented by live broadcast events. ● Provide administration and tech support for MTS managed platforms. ● Manage the design and implementation of ICANN office conference room technology. ● Research, identify and implement appropriate Project Management Methodologies, Policies and Procedures. ● Implement redundancy plans for team resources and event platforms managed by MTS. ● Direct the preparation of business cases which clearly identify Project Scope, Objectives, Costs and Benefits. ● Monitor execution of projects managed by MTS. ● Manage the Development, Monitoring and Evaluation of Appropriate Project Metrics, Milestones, and Expectations. ● Ensure adherence to Project Timelines, Budgets, Methods, Guidelines and Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations. ● Consistently communicate with Program Managers and other Stakeholders to monitor Project progress. ● Direct timely communications of Project Management Policies and Procedures, as necessary. ● Participate in the Development of Company Strategic Business Plans. ● Identify and establish improvements to Project Processes and Efficiencies. ● Develop and cultivate strong Business Relationships with End-Users and other Project Stakeholders. ● Oversee Project assignments and scheduling. ● Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate personnel. ● Other duties as assigned or requested. SUMMARY The Individual Giving Lead is joining Wags at a crucial period as it transitions into a new CRM and looks for the right person to execute strategic initiatives while also maintaining and building lasting relationships in their own donor portfolio. This role will work closely with the VP of Strategic Development and the Executive Directors in both Los Angeles and Nashville. The organization seeks a self-starter that's comfortable ultimately being responsible for developing touch points and asks for different supporter types. To execute the touch points effectively, the role will need to align with the cadence and messaging already in place as they collaborate to grow the organization's connectivity to the community. The Individual Giving Lead has a solid foundation to work from as the organization is fortunate to have dedicated teams in all locations building meaningful relationships with their volunteer, adopter, and foster networks. Success in this role is contingent upon one's ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels while always thinking about creative ways to build long term relationships. The ideal candidate is passionate about rescue dogs and can find joy in the direct impact their fundraising efforts have on the organization's growth.This is truly a unique opportunity for someone who aligns with the organization's mission and has fundraising and/or sales experience, including process building, to get in at a time when they can make a meaningful difference. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Joins the team prepared to hit the ground running to form new individual donor relationships. Understands that while the organization has built an amazing base, there's no playbook and it's on this individual to constantly be taking initiative. Works with the VP of Strategic Development and Executive Directors to identify a portfolio, along with KPIs, that consists of 150 existing Los Angeles based donors. Works with the VP of Strategic Development and Executive Directors to identify goals around adding an additional 50 new donors to the portfolio. Hits quarterly revenue goals for the two portfolio segments highlighted above. While the donors are Los Angeles based, this role will check in with the Nashville Executive Director regularly to share strategies that can be replicated in Nashville while also getting organizational guidance. Goes on a deep dive of all the organization's external touch points and maps them out as they build internal relationships with relevant department leads. Jumps into learning the organization's new CRM platform (Virtuous) with the goal of becoming the organization's “power user” within 45 days of starting. Builds out a roadmap for maximizing Virtuous within the first 90 days of starting. *This may adjust based on the team member's start date and what the organization has built out before hire. Maximizing Virtuous to its full potential includes collaborating with the relevant teams to build out touch points such as: Seamless relationship building with foster, adopter, and volunteer applicants with a strong giving history Supporting the Adoptions team on an automated post adoption flow build out Understanding individual giving impact as it relates to email campaigns through Virtuous Serves as the project manager for the organization's large annual auction. Based out of South Africa, the role requires strong diplomatic, analytic, educational, and outreach-related skills needed to fulfill multiple responsibilities required for the successful delivery of the organization's strategic and operational objectives in the region. This role is charged with supporting the development and implementation of ICANN regional engagement plans using a data-driven approach. Additionally, the role will coordinate outreach and engagement activities with stakeholders to encourage greater awareness and participation in ICANN work. The main responsibilities include conducting and supporting engagement activities; information-gathering and knowledge dissemination tasks; project management; and taking on a significant role in the development and implementation of the ICANN regional engagement plans in line with the ICANN Strategic Plan. The duties will primarily include engagement and project management tasks, besides general coordination and operational support to the ICANN Global Stakeholder Engagement teams in Africa - to include, but not be limited to, the key responsibilities listed below. Key Responsibilities & Duties Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation * Manage, lead, and execute on stakeholder engagement in South Africa, along with countries designated by the team in the Southern Africa & Indian Ocean region, including governments, senior officials, academia, business and legal communities, and non-commercial interests. * Help the Global Stakeholder Engagement team in the Africa region develop, implement, and refine the ICANN Africa Regional Engagement Plan in consultation with stakeholders participating in the African Community, in line with the ICANN Strategic Plan. * Facilitate engagement in Southern Africa & Indian Ocean countries on the Coalition for Digital Africa program, in collaboration with the Coalition Secretariat and other ICANN org staff. * Monitor, identify, and analyze Internet-related developments, public policy issues, and trends, and assess their impact on strategy in the Africa region, translating findings into practical plans. * Develop the organization's work in the region, including internal coordination and external partnerships. * Analyze local and regional developments and create reports and communications such as position papers and reports to communicate ICANN's global strategy. * Engage in regional and international Internet governance dialogues, including strategy to address issues affecting the organization. * Support a disciplined communications and reporting system between the regions and the organization on issues and events relevant to ICANN's responsibilities. * Negotiate effectively and influence resolution on issues in an environment with conflicting stakeholder views. * Support the Global Stakeholder Engagement team in Africa in the analysis of information and data for the purpose of identifying gaps and trends. * Represent ICANN in external engagement and speak at public events. * Handle relationship management and communication across different stakeholder groups. * Prepare presentations for community engagement, draft reports, and take notes for internal and external use; assist with specific capacity development activities. * Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Project Management / Coordination * Manage regional projects implemented as part of ICANN's Africa regional engagement plan. * Develop project plans and trackers, and monitor progress. * Plan project team meetings, share meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. * Provide project-related reporting, including gathering and aggregating data and identifying trends. Internal Coordination * Coordinate with the regional GSE team on day-to-day operations such as processing sponsorships, administering partnership arrangements, and tracking departmental tasks and deadlines. * Work cross-functionally to support the development and implementation of the ICANN regional engagement plans. * Gather and analyze information and data to track regional community participation and activities for the purpose of identifying gaps and trends. * Take responsibility for the CES regional admin role for the Africa region. Education and Experience Requirements * Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree highly preferred in Public Policy, International Affairs, Law, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 8 years of experience working in a multinational business, intergovernmental, or international organization. Languages * Fluency (written and spoken) in English is required. * Fluency (written and spoken) in French is desired (not required). Working Conditions & Physical Requirements * Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. * Comfort level with an international work environment that requires availability at times outside normal business hours. * Work is performed in a normal office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise.
