Automotive Internet Sales Manager We are a growing automotive company with a need for an additional Internet Sales Manager. Our Internet Sales Managers are in charge of handling around 100 - 150 incoming leads per month and properly logging all information into our CRM all the way to closing the deal! MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR INTERNET EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. This is a potential $60,000 to $100,000+ job based on our current track record in place with much room to grow. Our company is proud to promote from within when qualified. Automotive Internet Sales experience is required. Our ideal Internet Sales Manager is able to give a great client experience and holding the value of our vehicles. PAID ON THE FRONT AND BACK.

Responsibilities:
Contact customers and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.
Explain features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
Works with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle.
Walks the lot and visually inspects inventory.
Completes all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle.
Attends/completes required training and department meetings.
Regular and predictable attendance.

Job Requirement:One year of related Internet sales Management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 yrs experience automotive Internet sales experience
Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.

Contact customers through all three methods of contact (call, text, and email) utilizing the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to respond to internet sales leads with a daily outbound goal
Follow up with new inbound leads, confirm appointments, missed appointments and unsold Customers while working and coaching alongside our Sales TeamMonitor our website of inventory for quality
Assist with team trainings and trouble shoot any performance problems.
