Two outpatient health centers in Winnebago County, Wisconsin are looking to add an Internist to their teams. These facilities are located just 15 minutes away from Lake Winnebago, where you can fish, kayak, and sail. The area is also filled with parks, perfect for hiking, playing golf, and ice skating. This position is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors and year-round recreation, as well as those interested in exploring a vibrant local arts scene.

POSITION DETAILS:
- Practice outpatient-only primary care in a beautiful multidisciplinary campus, that patients are proud to call their medical home.
- Deliver team-based care alongside collegial team with access to robust support resources including diabetic educators, integrated behavioral health/psychiatry, clinical pharmacists and social workers.
- Make your mark on the next generation of providers with academic appointment and teaching opportunities available at this highly-in-demand clinical rotation site.
- Exceptional compensation and benefits package including 6 weeks of PTO, annual CME and Professional Stipend, and $75K+ in NHSC-funded loan support.
- To best serve our patients, Spanish fluency is highly desired.
