Position Summary: The Intern Project Safety Professional will with work on the construction project site with the Safety Department and will report to the on-site Safety Manager. They will work closely with the safety team, project team, owner's representatives, and field personnel. Essential Responsibilities:
This position is a fully based on a construction site and requires active engagement in the construction activities. This position will be required to dedicate a minimum of 80% of the time to observing and correcting field safety conditions, conducting safety audits, and coaching craft personnel in best safety practices.
Actively and professionally interact with all employees to promote safe acts and workplace conditions.

Anticipate, identify, evaluate, and correct hazardous conditions and practices.
Train craft personnel on new employee orientation and other construction safety training programs; document formal training on appropriate forms.

2026 Interns
Interns will attend the same training as regular CFBR employees. They are responsible for providing individual clinical services and appropriate assessments for Boys Ranch residents utilizing a strength-based approach, under the supervision of an LCSW or an LMSW (with 2 years post-grad experience). They will participate in the design, implementation and evaluation of Boys Ranch clinical interventions for identified residents in accordance with appropriate therapeutic practices and CFBR policy. Each intern will attend and participate in weekly team meetings for assigned clients. They will facilitate and/or co-facilitate therapeutic and/or psycho-educational groups and have opportunities to provide clinical services and support for the Equine Assisted Psychotherapy programs, Adventure Programs and other experiential learning activities. Interns are immersed into the community of care provided at CFBR and will be able to experience all aspects of care provided to residents in a General Residential Operation.
Requirements
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Child Psychology, Counseling, Human Services Administration or related field is required.
Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
