Complete releases and GJR intake forms upon initial contact with client/placement/other parties ensuring copies are saved in the clinical record. Communicate initial client contact or lack thereof to referral source and Compliance Coordinator with 48 hours. Complete releases and GJR intake forms upon initial contact with client/placement/other parties ensuring copies are saved in the clinical record.
