3. Assist in the preparation and assembly of bid packages, ensuring that all necessary documents, specifications, and requirements are included and accurately presented.
4. Attend and contribute to preconstruction meetings, taking notes and assisting with follow-up tasks.

Write memos, reports, and develop presentations explaining findings and recommendations for managers, executives, and other project stakeholders
Outstanding communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
Well versed in use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, to include Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
Ability and willingness to travel to project sites and other facility offices.
Working knowledge of data visualization and automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, and others) is preferred.
Education and Experience:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, operations research, data science or related field of study.
Minimum of four years of work-related experience, preferably in the areas of engineering, public works, installation management, construction management, logistics, or base operating support.
Valid driver's license, in conjunction with successfully passing the Company's MVR screening.

Come extern with us! Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide 1st-4th year veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them 'practice ready' by their first day in practice.
Externships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed.
Length of externship is flexible & we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.
