The objective of the Internship Program with a Church Ministry Focus is to discern a call to full-time church ministry with your local church. Performance in this program is evaluated by specific goals set by the Every Nation Churches Department and your local Pastor. After this program, you may or may not be hired to your church staff. The local church will employ the intern for the duration of their internship. The internship timeline is a maximum of two years.
