The intern will also be responsible for preparing, leading, and supervising age-appropriate activities that foster positive social interactions among children, all while adhering to health and safety protocols. In addition to hands-on experience, interns participate in a structured professional development program that includes department rotations, one-on-one check-ins with leadership, and skill development workshops. Apply chemical pesticide applications and growth regulators as directed by the grower and in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures. Issues must be reported to the other team members. Work with growers and the rest of our great team to identify new ways to improve processes in the areas of logistics and placement.
