About the Role

Deliver clean raw videos, organized files so the Marketing Lead can edit and design with.

Label, tag, and categorize content for easy use by the Marketing Lead

Prepare, process, and track invoices (accounts payable/Receivable)
Support Budgeting & Forecasting
Help collect and prepare data for budget planning
Requirements
Bilingual.
Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
