Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Create and edit engaging content for our social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Manage social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries and comments. Maintain a high level of customer service when communicating with and assisting customers. Track and analyze performance metrics to inform content strategy. Assist in the planning and scheduling of content using social media management tools. Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Compose weekly email newsletter, recapping tournament results, news, and activities.
