The Crisis - Intensive Home-Based Therapy (IHBT) Intern provides IHBT services and treatment to clients between the ages of 5-18 and their families. The Crisis IHBT Intern is expected to carry a caseload, meet the program's benchmarks for clinical excellence, and achieve productivity target for billable services. The Crisis IHBT Intern works as a member of the IHBT team and is directed by the Crisis IHBT Supervisor/ Field Instructor. Services take place in the home and community. Work hours are flexible and must be kept below 20 per week. Some evenings or weekends may apply. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Accept an assignment of cases to provide Intensive Home-Based Treatment for clients, their families, and with significant others as needed, including community organizations, schools, other health and social service professionals, the justice system, and other agencies involved with the client. Carry a required caseload as identified per model or Supervisor discretion, providing services anywhere from three to six months. Provide the following services, including, but not limited to: A. Evaluations and assessments; B. Development of client's individual treatment plan (ITP); C.
