+ Sub-Demographics - smaller forum focused on a particular industry area of concern
+ Crowd-sourcing - Create Problem Statement then seek inputs - Ideas and define Solution stack
**_Education and Experience Required:_**
Preferred education and experience background: communications, business, economics, marketing, HR, or a related field
Education level (min): 3rd year undergrad desired
Skills that will be developed: strategy, professional communication, project management, organizational development
