Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing and servicing large groups, special events, and promotional activities.
Actively engage with fans to gather feedback and measure satisfaction, contributing to continuous improvement of guest services.
Proactively identify and resolve fan concerns or issues efficiently and courteously.
Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as Box Office, Concessions, and Promotions, to ensure seamless overall game day execution.
Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor while representing the St. Joseph Mustangs organization.
Be flexible and adaptable to be placed in different guest-facing positions as needed on a nightly basis to support operational demands.
Qualifications
Current enrollment in an accredited College or University, with the ability to receive academic credit for the internship.

Responsibilities
