Reporting to the Risk Office is the Operational Risk team, which collaborates with business partners to implement Branch Operations' strategy for achieving operational soundness while maintaining a high-quality service experience. This is achieved through quality assurance, procedural monitoring, policy review, and strategic development while supporting corporate initiatives to maintain an acceptable risk environment. The objectives of the Branch Operations Risk Office are to: Enhance risk strategy Embed risk management in our day-to-day business Monitor and enhance controls to improve performance results Optimize risk management functions The Summer Associate will: Assist with development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for quality assurance, routine monitoring, and other risk management activities Leverage data to identify trends and opportunities to reduce departmental risk Identify and implement process improvements for internal workstreams Provide data visualization support for new dashboards, reports, and team presentations The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2026 and ending in August 2026. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.
